Peter Wong - Background
Peter is a property investor and he has his own portfolio of properties and also buys / sells and lets properties on behalf of his numerous (mainly Hong Kong based) clients.
Peter makes the majority of his income from managing these properties on behalf of his clients - however it is very important that these investment properties are kept tenanted and that any void periods are kept to an absolute minimum - (any time a property is vacant it is not generating income for the Landlord).
