We aim to provide all our Landlords with exceptional service whether you wish to use our services to manage your property or just to find you suitable tenants.
Our comprehensive Landlord service includes the following:
1) To visit your property and provide a free rental valuation.
2) To market your property through our chain of agencies for maximum response.
3) To ensure, once suitable tenants have been found, that references are taken up and checked, all financial matters are handled on your behalf and contracts are prepared.
4) To provide very competitive fees. We'll even provide you with a GURANTEE that if we don't let your property within 14 days of receiving your signed Terms & Conditions, we will give you a £300.00 CASH BACK when we do! *Terms & Conditions Apply

Once you have decided that we are right for you, you then need to decide whether you want to instruct us on an introduction or full property management basis. The following information should assist you in deciding which option is best for you:
Lettings only service
1. Rental Valuation.
2. Marketing of Property.
3. All viewings accompanied by one of our professional Negotiators.
4. Negotiate terms between prospective tenants and yourself. Landlord and tenant meetings can be arranged.
5. References taken up (including a financial reference) checked and sent for approval by you.
6. Contracts prepared.
7. Monies collected, including deposit.
8. Statement prepared and submitted with monies.
Our fees for a Lettings Only Service are 10% + VAT of the monies receivable for the period of the agreement.
Letting & Property Management Service
1. Rental Valuation.
2. Marketing of Property.
3. All viewings accompanied by one of our professional Negotiators.
4. Negotiate terms between prospective tenants and yourself. Landlord and tenant meetings can be arranged.
5. References taken up (including a financial reference) checked and sent for approval by you.
6. Contracts prepared.
7. Monies collected, including deposit.
8. Statement prepared and submitted with monies.
9. Tenant check-in with full inventory service.
10. Rent collection.
11. Payment of any outgoings.
12. General repairs.
13. Emergency repairs.
14. Deal with all tenant enquiries.
15. Free mid-term property inspection.
16. Advice and support on all aspects of furnishings and property maintenance.
17. Tenant check-out with full inventory service.
Our fees for the Letting & Property Management Service are, in addition to the Lettings Only Service fee, 5% + VAT of gross rent.
